Who we are

The data controller is Diogo Teixeira, a self-employed professional trading as NORTIO Consultoria, based in Lisbon, Portugal. For any question about your data, write to geral@nortioconsultoria.pt.

What data we collect

Only the data you send us through the contact form or by email:

• name, company, email and phone number;
• your area of interest and the message you write.

This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking tools.

What we use it for

To reply to your request and, if it makes sense for both sides, to prepare a proposal. We rely on your consent and on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as needed to reply to your request and, at most, 24 months after the last contact - unless a contractual relationship follows, in which case the legal retention periods apply.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or pass on your data. We use service providers who process it on our behalf:

• Netlify, Inc. - website hosting and processing of contact form submissions;
• Google - delivery of the website fonts (Google Fonts), which receives the visitor's IP address.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to its processing and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to geral@nortioconsultoria.pt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), the Portuguese data protection authority (www.cnpd.pt).

Dispute resolution

In the event of a consumer dispute, you may use the Livro de Reclamações, Portugal's official online complaints book, or an alternative dispute resolution body. More information at the Consumer Portal (www.consumidor.gov.pt).
